Awesome service with outstanding precautions during this cor I had contacted Charles Colamarino my service advisor last week for my RAV 4 to be serviced in accordance with the warranty that it comes with. He tol I had contacted Charles Colamarino my service advisor last week for my RAV 4 to be serviced in accordance with the warranty that it comes with. He told me that service is made by appointment only since they limit the amount of people in the dealership in accordance with the Wuhan Corona virus. I was emailed by Lou a dealership represenatitive with the date & time to coincide with my schedule. Upon arrival at the facility the entire work crew were wearing masks and distancing themselves in relation to the guideline set by the State. The cashier was protected by a plexiglass barrier to prevent the spread by coughing or sneezing through airborne transmission. I was directed by Charles to go to the waiting area in the showroom which was closed. There were only 2 other people waiting in the waiting area and were practicing distance guidelines. Charles informed me of the service that was required on my vechile and to confirm the work and pricing for the service. I agreed to what needed to be done. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. I have purchased both on my vechile's from this Dealership. Charles has been my service advisor since 2011. The service was outstanding as usual. The service technician provided a plastic cover over my seat for safety precautions and wore gloves. The service was performed in a friendly,kind,courteous & cost effective manner. The cashier was very kind & friendly. She instructed me on the 6' distancing from the counter and moved herself 6' away from the desk for my credit card transaction to take place. The service has always been excellent. They guidelines they followed to protect me from the Wuhan Corona Virus was outstanding and they all should be commended in their efforts to keep both themselves & the public safe during this time. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I am a Registered Nurse and to see the guideline they put forth in their work was outstanding and they should be commended for this. I am writing to the CEO of Toyota international about their service to thank them for servicing my vechile in such a precautionary manner with the set guidelines and providing outstanding service to their customers. Thank you so much for your time&Igor all you do!!!! More

Great dealership! I had no idea what I wanted but with the help of Farrell & Sabatini I walked out of there fairly quickly and decided on a car in under an hour.
