I bought my vehicle a 2017 Jeep compass Trailhawk through Toyota of San Bernardino. This is my second vehicle I have bought from Toyota of San Bernardino about seven years ago I bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 for Toyota of San Bernardino. This is my second vehicle I have bought from Toyota of San Bernardino about seven years ago I bought a 2013 Toyota RAV4 for my wife. That experience was a good one was rushed but the experience was a good one. My wife was able to get the vehicle she wanted. When I started speaking to the seller Adrian at Toyota San Bernardino my only concerns were that I needed a four-wheel-drive vehicle. I told him I wouldn’t mind getting a used vehicle so he showed me the vehicles he had in his lot I picked from the list I got a 2017 jeep compass Trailhawk, this experience was all right with the exception of Adrian constantly being on his phone. He was on his phone while we were talking about the car. He was on his phone during the test drive. He was on his phone when we were selecting other vehicles, and on the next test drive that we were on he was constantly on his phone I felt like he was more Involved with whatever business he had on his phone rather than trying to sell me the vehicle I almost asked for another seller, but by this time I have already decided that I wanted that jeep the experience was all right once I had all the funds in order I got the vehicle very quickly just before leaving I dealt with another seller and I mentioned the complaint I had about Adrian being on his phone. He told me that they have a lot of business matters. They have on their phone that they must do and felt like an excuse, but I let it go. I also told him that I signed a paper that said that the seller helped me and addressed all my concerns about the vehicle, showing me how to use the radio and all the special features on the vehicle Adrian did not, but the second seller did, so after this, I was satisfied. I work at dealerships all the time. I am a electrician, and I have been building car dealerships for the last 10 years I can go to any dealership that I am working at, but I chose Toyota San Bernardino because I have bought a vehicle from them before. I probably will go back to San Bernardino and buy another vehicle. It seems like I have to buy a new vehicle every seven years or so. More
