Toyota was over all a good place in general until i continuously ran into repeat problems with my vehicle sensors and my bumper being damaged while at the dealership for repairs. I’ve been mentioning t continuously ran into repeat problems with my vehicle sensors and my bumper being damaged while at the dealership for repairs. I’ve been mentioning to the dealership about my my concerns the did bare minimum to properly address and fix the issues. I then had to reach out to corporate to help with my on going issues that were now over a year. They told me my sensors were fixed and bring back my car for bumper repairs. This has been on going for 7 months with my bumper. I received a call from admiral greene same person that failed to have the photos reviewed and disrespected me on a previous occasion. He was very rude and told me he will pay for my vehicle rental out of his own pocket and I expected to get things done for free but im a paying customer with extended warranty. He also went on to saying that they will not touch my vehicle anymore and he has made it where other customers were band from the dealership. I reached back out to corporate for more assistance about my experience with him which i was then contacted by charity slusser which at this point im thinking she was calling to address the issue to only find out she went against me as a customer and told me i was banned from the dealership because i keep having problems which it has only been the continuing same problem for a year. She then denied to fix my bumper that they promise to replace. This dealership needs to handle how these people handle and talk to customers we are not pets or their kids and have a right to seek help if they’re not taking care of things and doing bare minimum now my bumper have paint that the body shop put and they are telling me that it’s my responsibility now.
