Best service department ever. My car was making a scratching noise so I made an appointment online and got in the next day. Super easy. Mario actually got in my car and drove down the block with me to hear the noise. The two service department guys I worked with were very nice and efficient. Mario had my car back to me in a few hours with new brakes. I used to have Jeeps, but when I moved to Santa Fe, I had trouble even getting a call back from the dealership to get in for repairs.
