It was very, very busy, with most people waiting rather than dropping off. Frank never lost his cool, never lost track of a customer or what that particular individual needed. Any decent dealership can provide good service on a normal day. On a crazy-busy day when you get slammed from all sides at once, it's a lot harder. Three cheers for Frank Guerra and his team. More

Excellent service We have been dealing with Beaver's service department since we bought our first Toyota from another dealership around 15 years ago. We spend half the year in Virginia and half in New Mexico and drive back and forth across the country with extended stops in between from North to South. Consequently we have been exposed to many dealerships and have been repeatedly surprised and pleased at the excellent service we have always received from Beaver's service department. For many years now, they have always been honest with us in what needed to be done immediately and what could wait awhile . . . a skill and honesty not often met in car dealerships . . . which is exactly why we keep bringing our Toyotas back to Beaver for servicing. Andy Vigil has been taking care of us since he has been in the service department and has done so with complete honesty, efficiency, and utter politeness! What a joy . . . as did his predecessor, Ray Achondo. We always look forward to bringing Beaver another Toyota to maintain! THANK YOU! More

We actually followed Joe to Beaver Toyota from another dealership because we found their treatment of us unacceptable after he left. We were delighted to find he was at Beaver Toyota. We will be driving from Belen, bypassing other Toyota dealers because Joe treats us as if we are family and makes sure our vehicles are working well and safe. Joe goes above and beyond to take care of his customers and it is because of him we are going to have our Toyotas serviced at Beaver Toyota in the future. Thank you Joe! More

I've rated the service department as great because they are - we appreciate the staffs' knowledge and professionalism, and their willingness to go "above and beyond" to make sure we are satisfied with their work. The service department is a complementary added benefit to purchasing a vehicle from Beaver, because their sales staff and management is also great - they keep us coming back as a happy customer. They too are very professional, but also warm, friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection, and negotiations are always carried out in a positive manner. It is a pleasure doing business with Beaver. More
My daughter brought our 2013 toyota corolla in for its 5000 mile service. Our car had unfortunately had been damaged on the front divers door a very visible dent. My daughter exited through the passenger side which was witnessed by the service tech yet he yanked the drivers door open which was damaged and the window shattered. The service manger stated that he would not replace window since the door was already damaged but they would sell us a window replaecment at cost which turns out to be $40 more than estimates i received from other dealers. When we asked to speak to owner or general manager we were told they dont take complaints. If you are a female avoid the service center in this facility. Take it to another toyota dealership. More
