The dealership was huge. Very clean and a nice little restaurant to eat in. Even a lounge to hang out in while waiting for your car. I was impressed with the fast and courteous service i received. I was looking for a new vehicle, but I was sure what my approval chances would be. I wasn't very optimistic about getting approved. Scott was my sales advisor and he really worked with me to help me find approval chances would be. I wasn't very optimistic about getting approved. Scott was my sales advisor and he really worked with me to help me find a vehicle that had everything I was looking for and then some! Then Ryan from the finance team worked on my application to get me approved in the best possible terms. They are an amazing team. I am in love with my Rav 4, I cannot believe I have a vehicle that is this beautiful, efficient and reliable, plus warranty coverage for peace of mind. Even with my less than stellar credit, they treated me like a human being and not just a number. I have never had a car sales person really have what was in my best interest in mind before this, and I know that the team here was really looking for what would work for me. They didn't want to sell me something, just to make a sale, they wanted to make sure it was a good deal and an appropriate fit with a manageable payment. I cannot thank them enough! Do your business with them, I doubt you will be disappointed! Thank you to the team there! Scott isn't listed below to review but he gets 5 stars from me! More

Took my vehicle in for repairs, we were having power steering issues, hoping it was covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Technician couldn’t duplicate the issue so it couldn’t be fixed. B steering issues, hoping it was covered under the extended warranty we purchased. Technician couldn’t duplicate the issue so it couldn’t be fixed. But they did inform me that my inspection was due to expire in 3 month and my cabin filter and engine filter were extremely dirty and they could do all that for some where’s around $250, remember I was having power steering problems. We didn’t get the filters or the inspection. I purchased my own filters for around $20 and installed them in about 3 1/2 minutes. While changing the cabin filter I discovered the filter bay was empty no filter have no idea what happened to it. Technician also stated he check power steering pump for leaks and damage but my car has electronic power steering so there’s is no pump don’t know what he looked at. claimed no codes were found I took it to my mechanic and 2 steering codes were found in the history. And they also stated in paperwork that they inspected the drivers side floor mat for proper installation but still nothing on the power steering. So to say the least I’ve learned that I will not deal with them anymore and I will never buy another extended warranty. More
