My trucks are usually not on the lot and she has no problems finding what I want and getting it to me at an acceptable price. I also usually add a few accessories to my truck and Garria sees to it that the items I like are installed at the time of pick up. I love that. Garria is an asset to the dealership and I would not purchase another Toyota from anyone but her. In fact my father and his girlfriend have also bought vehicles from her because of the great service. I brought my Toyota Avalon in for service for a check engine light that was on. Kevin was my advisor, he was very helpful and finding out what was wrong with my car. I have purchased a new Sienna in Feb 2011 from Chris Wagner and found the experience completely different from my past twenty or so auto purchases. It seems like everyone at the dealership has their acts together and it shows. Sales, service and parts all genuinely seem interested in the customer. Because of that experience I decided to purchase a new Prius in November,2011. I dealt with Chris Wagner and again found him to be decent to deal with. I came back again last month to purchase a third vehicle from Chris. It turned out that my wife wanted to keep her Prius so badly that she did not want another new auto. Chris was very helpful but, I did not end up purchasing it or any vehicle at all. But it was not for his lack of trying. He constantly showed me the advantages of Toyota over other vehicles and I had to agree with him. Next time I am looking, I will contact him. More
