I asked for Carl Jenkins. Carl was not in at the moment but was expected shortly. He assigned to another salesperson,Cathy, and she took me for a test drive while someone looked at my trade in. She was very helpful and when Carl arrived he took over the sale. Carl was professional, helpful, and cooperative. He guided me throughout the sale process answering all of my questions. When I finally decided to purchase the truck, he took his time and explained in detail the features of the truck. I appreciated the follow-up phone call he made to make sure everything was going well. The entire process was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone. More

I brought my Toyota Avalon in for service for a check engine light that was on. Kevin was my advisor, he was very helpful and finding out what was wrong with my car.
