We met with George when we got there and he was AWESOME!!!! He told us "whats up" and didnt try sugar coating things like most salesman. He was real and genuine and worked with us for hours till we got to a price my husband and I were comfortable with. Instead of making payments on a used car George was able to take my lease back early and lease both my husband and I two brand new Corollas for only a few more dollars a month than would have been a used car. We've dealt with three different salesman at Toyota of Scranton but will never deal with a fourth...third times a charm....George is our man...thanks George and thanks Jenna for pointing us in the right direction :) More

We did purchase a 2012 Toyota Yaris. We had to have a new car brought in and we are mostly pleased with the purchase. We do believe that the quality and styling of the 2012 Yaris is not as nice as the 2010 m car brought in and we are mostly pleased with the purchase. We do believe that the quality and styling of the 2012 Yaris is not as nice as the 2010 model we also own. We were not totally happy with some additions that were made to the the base model Yaris by the other dealer. We would recommend that before a car is aquired for a customer (if it does not meet all of the specifications of that customer) that the sales people should call and ask before taking the time to move the vehicle. We asked for the addition of mud guards and the model that we ordered only has rear ones. The information and pricing for this accessory was confusing and inaccurate. The installation of the mud guards needed to be adjusted. Also additional keys were purchased and knowledge of the pricing and type of key for the model we purchased was confused and inaccurate. It seems to us that details of the car model were not known by the salesperson and the information was not readily available to her. Upon futher inspection of the vehicle once it was home we noticed that the service department did not inspect the fluid levels and there was a bees nest under the hood. It looks like no one at Scranton Toyota really looked under the hood of the vehicle prior to our purchase. We would have preferred to have more contact and and accuracy. The salesperson was very friendly and treated us well. More
