Toyota Tacoma oil leak On March 21 I had my brand new Toyota Tacoma in for service for an oil leak. It was diagnosed as a front axle leak. I'm not sure that I buy that expl On March 21 I had my brand new Toyota Tacoma in for service for an oil leak. It was diagnosed as a front axle leak. I'm not sure that I buy that explanation because the oil was light in color and of a lower viscosity. The service department ordered a part which as of April 15 has not yet arrived. I'm not particularly happy with the response with ordering the replacement part, but that's probably a more of a function of Toyota and not the dealership. Still waiting to hear from the service department. More

Service Department has improved from past years I've had a good and bad experience from service. Looks like the old service manger is not there and that might be the reason for improved service. The bad is in the past the service advisors were pushed to sell add on services that were total BS. The good is they seemed to have mostly stop this practice on people. The other bad is I came in for service for simple issue of a broken wire that I even told them where I thought where it was and I was right in the end. This repair was done after relay, computer parts that were needed. They thought they were smarter then a electrical engineer. I would fix it myself if I had the schematic of the wireing. In the end, they kind of made it right but left a bad taste. The good is the last two times I brought my car in were very positive experience where they listened to me and ended up with services done for free of charge under the service bulletin and were very up front about it. I think the service times are very good even if you have to wait a hour of two to repair an issue. More

EXPRESS MAINTENANCE SERVICE From the moment I pulled into the dealership, I was greeted with a smile and found the employees to be friendly. I called and scheduled my appointment, but was not asked what kind of tires I wanted. The person on the phone was a gentleman and seemed to be in a hurry to get off the phone. When I arrived, I was taken care of by Brenda Willis. She called to see what tires were in stock, due to it not being ordered ahead. She found the exact tires I was hoping for and all was great from then on. Brenda and Bonnie Weber are always pleasant and professional, which is welcoming when they are most times the first employees I see when I enter. Fantastic job as always!! More

Wayne (parts dept) picked up; found an exact match, and could get it in-house in an hour. His installed-price was $20 lower than best online quote. Everything done by a little after 1PM - with no appointment! (Wayne did connect me with svc; no name, said they "had space, but might get busy later on" - I wanted to lock in a time, but they didn't offer; ???) Good to have a confident, well resourced team member in Wayne; when he picks up the call, you know help is on its way. More
