Worst Service Experience imaginable. They do not value a customer's time and they do not provide updates on delays, even when they know there will be a delay when a car is dropped off. They do not value a customer's time and they do not provide updates on delays, even when they know there will be a delay when a car is dropped off. I prepaid for 2 years of service but will never do that again. And because of this, when we need to get another car within 2 years, it will not be a Toyota. Ironically, the Camry I have is a good car. I have no idea why they can't respect existing customers. More
