Jason was extremly knowledgable about the products,new and used. He followed up on everything and did everything that we asked him to do. He had to work with with the sales manager to locate a car out of state. They did so quickly and had it at the dealership exactly when they said they would. The vehicle was exactly what we ordered. In addition our previous car Scion xB was in an accident and totaled. We replaced it with this 2012. Jason was very helpful in giving us some pointers on how to make sure that we got the full value of our old vehicle when we settled. He was extremely knowledgable about the electronic options, expecially the radio with its Blue Tooth function. We did not know much about this and he explained it all and even synched our phone and told us that if we had to call him anytime, even on his cell, if we needed more help with it or anything else. This was the last day of the year and the dealership was very busy getting all the vehicles out the door before the year ended. When we got there Jason was delivering another vehicle but he arranged for another sales person to help us until he was able to. The hand off was very smooth as he took over and completed the delivery. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and this was the most pleasant buying experience that I have ever had. More

I had a great experience buying my used Nissan Sentra from Justin, even though there was some confusion about the tags on the car being out of date, I called and Justin sent a temporary tag with my boyfr from Justin, even though there was some confusion about the tags on the car being out of date, I called and Justin sent a temporary tag with my boyfriend to give to me as I do not live in Somerset. A good tag was shipped to my address along with my car's title, they said, which is great as it eliminates the hassle of traveling to the courthouse to do all the paperwork myself, a welcome relief. Also, when I called to talk about my expired tag, the call was immediately picked up and the lady was friendly and courteous as she asked me how she could direct my call, I had expected to wait on hold for awhile honestly. I was also highly impressed with the amount of time it took me to go through the whole car-buying process, I was expecting it to take forever, as my parents have had bad experiences with other places in Louisville, but it went by rather quickly. I would also like to point out that Justin was very helpful in providing the carfax and the v.i.n. number to me so I could get that to my insurance people, and they even offered to let me use their fax machine if necessary, which was great. And overall, they can down to the price that I'd wanted to pay for the car and really cut me a deal, so they're great with working with people and that's awesome. More

This is the first time I have researched, priced and purchased a new vehicle via an internet web site. The Internet sales website that was made available to me by Toyota of Somerset was fantastic. Justin Wilson handled all the information via E-Mail that I requested and quoted a good price on the new 2011 Toyota Corolla, which myself and my wife are well satisfied with. Upon arrival Justin greeted me and introduced me to Jason Coston who spent the next two hours going over specifications, safety standards, options and warranties and other information on the new Toyotas and also on a Pre-owned Toyota Prius. We took a short test-drive in the new Toyota Corolla and I decided to purchase the vehicle for my wife. There was no high pressure sales tactics or attempts to push something on me I did not want or need as has been some of the cases in the past with other dealerships. As a matter of fact this new Toyata purchase took close to three weeks just to research and close the deal. Both Justin and Jason took great care in making sure I received the best possible sales help and assistance with the purchase of the new vehicle from Toyota of Somerset.
