This was one of the most concerning dealership experiences I’ve had. Finance Manager Christian Colon added multiple high-cost add-on products to my contract that were never applied to my vehicle a experiences I’ve had. Finance Manager Christian Colon added multiple high-cost add-on products to my contract that were never applied to my vehicle and were not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. When I attempted to cancel within the legally allowed period, he refused to assist and responded in an aggressive and dismissive manner. Charging for unapplied services and then blocking cancellation is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about transparency and ethics. I strongly advise anyone working with this dealership to review every line of paperwork very carefully before signing. More

As part of our purchase agreement they agreed to fix the rear bumper panel, as it was loose, and they said they knew what needed to be done. When they went to repair it it was not what they thought so inste rear bumper panel, as it was loose, and they said they knew what needed to be done. They will not do anything more for us as they say it has been repaired, but it has not. We are not happy customs, as we were lied to, and will not be referring customs to them. More

Usually, in all of my hundreds of past visits at all the different towns i lived in as a military spouse, everything goes smoothly. But this time, i found out I had been lied to over the phone when making m different towns i lived in as a military spouse, everything goes smoothly. But this time, i found out I had been lied to over the phone when making my appointment. The tech i talked to didn't show up for the appointment. The tech who ended up helping me could not honor what I was promised. He went and got the manager who said to honor that price, i needed to be a VIP member. I guess 8 years of going to this location and probably 30 plus years of every Toyota location i lived at was not enough to be a VIP. The tech filed out an application for me and I was denied. As a retired 70 year old woman, I was not rich enough to get all the special discounts the VIP membership offers. Luckily, the manager told the tech that even if i was denied, to still give me the price I was originally told. Thank goodness for that. So I left with 4 brand new tires at a great price. After that I talked to friends who went elsewhere and got the same price with no lies or hassle. I thanked the manager and the tech, but i left feeling creepy. More
