Still don’t understand how did i ended up paying $6,600 dollars in mandatory warraties from Toyota? Their was a nail on the car so we left it to get it fixed and next day nail still there. I received an invoice for service that stated that I had received service on a date that I had not received service. I tried multiple times and methods to communicate this fact and did not receive a callba received service on a date that I had not received service. I finally reached a person and they made light of the fact that I had received this invoice. The reason they gave me for getting this did not make any sense to me. They said they had mentioned getting my car tinted when I bought the car on 10/28/2024 and I said I didn't want it. I have no recollection of any conversation about this and I don't understand why this invoice suddenly showed up in my email inbox. More
