I’ve always enjoyed Toyota services especially at the Toyota Bay location. They have always been accommodating to ensure that service provided to their customers is 100%. She advised for me to come back tomorrow. I shared that I am unable to return back tomorrow and I’d prefer to wait. She then stated she is unsure if they will be able to complete my vehicle due to the time. I asked if she can confirm with someone then she said due to the time she know they won’t. Then she purposed leaving my vehicle and Toyota can uber me home if i reside within 10 miles. My concern is that I wish she led with that instead of talking back and forth for 5-10 minutes.
