Even though I had an appointment the representative told me that they were backed up and that in front of my car, they had more than 4 and it would take 2 hours plus they were working on newer models "givin me that they were backed up and that in front of my car, they had more than 4 and it would take 2 hours plus they were working on newer models "giving priority" Go figure mine is 2021 with less than 24000 miles on it. I decided to wait the 2 hours when an hour and a half had passed the rep came to me and told me that it would take 4 plus additional hours. No way I ended up taking my car and getting an appointment with another Toyota Dealership where I never had any bad experience like this/ Thanks but no thanks. Also, that was my last complimentary oil change for buying the car there. More
