I have purchased several cars from Toyota of Tampa Bay and I am now in the market for another new car . So my first choice is to start my search for a new car at Toyota of Tampa Bay . Toyota of Tampa Bay sent me an email offering a $25 gift card if I take a test drive on one of their cars. I went to the dealership and confirmed that if I took a desk Drive I would get the $25 gift certificate. After several weeks I did not receive the gift certificate so I called the dealership and they had a lot of fun transferring me around the different people to ask about where my $25 gift certificate is. If they're willing to treat their customer poorly for $25 gift certificate I am not interested in doing business with Toyota of Tampa Bay anymore. More
