She not only worked with me through the sale but also after the sale. The dealership (not Meagan) at first was very anxious to put keys in my hand and send me on my way with a vehicle that was not exactly what I wanted. I requested a few extra days to get things in order on my end (trade-in car, insurance arrangements, financing research, etc...). They acquiesced, which then gave them time to find the right vehicle from another dealership and get it all cleaned up/detailed and ready for me. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and I am very happy with my new Highlander. More

Instead of putting them in the car, they kept them. I assume that was an accident. So I called my salesman, Kyle Blank, and left him a message. I still have not heard from him. Next I called the dealership, talked to Brandon, and was told that he would make sure someone called. NO BODY has called so far. Finally after three days I called again and finally got someone to help. More

Very happy with the way I was treated I had to intention on buying a new car, I went to take my sister. Miguel Valazquez was my sisters sales person. The management, including the general manager, Mark Schols, is deeply concerned about customer satisfaction which is nice to see.He addressed my concerns in a professional and expeditious manner. I returned to this dealership to purchase another vehicle after an auto accident primarily because of the excellent service I received on my other two vehicles by my service adviser, Samantha every time I go into the dealership. She is the best. I look forward to servicing this new vehicle under her advice. This dealership does actually care about keeping you as a customer for long-term which is rare. More

Starting with a highly detailed oriented Salesman, Marin McLymont, who went the extra mile on several issues, Robert Torino Jr., who stayed late on his Anniversary, just for us, to Mike Aly, used car Manager, a man of his word who went out of his way, when he didn't have to, to Kimberly Willard, Store Administrator, who extended herself to satisfy a thorny issue, to Tony Rider, Collision Consultant, who was highly personable, honest, thorough, set us at ease from a very unsetting accident. Been buying several cars both personally and corporately for decades and I can unequivocally state without reservation TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY is THE VERY BEST dealership I have ever experienced and I have had some good ones.
