Dealer sales associates are Con Artists! ! I saw a used Honda Accord on their website and it was listed as a trade in and listed for sale.... so I call and inquire about the car, its history ! I saw a used Honda Accord on their website and it was listed as a trade in and listed for sale.... so I call and inquire about the car, its history and all the specifics and was very interested in buy the car. I explained to the Sales Rep. Yousef Abdullah that I will be buying a car for my elderly father who is 74 YOA and that I'll be coming from West Palm Beach to purchase the vehicle. So we bargain out the sales price and I rent a car, one way from WPB to TPA so that I can drive the purchased vehicle back to WPB. I've pestered and reiterated to the sales rep of my situation and asked all the pertinent questions regarding the vehicle, history, ownership, service records, accidents and even the carfax. Yousef stated that I was an one owner car and that he took it in himself as a trade himself the previous day saying that there was no damage and or indication of accidents. So I headed out to the dealer, early the next morning from WPB, driving for 5 hours to get to the dealer, and upon my own inspection of the Accord, their was sprayed paint on the rear right fender/bumper. The front right wheel well plastic cover was missing and there was damage to the front bumper and frame. When I pointed it out to Yousef, he stated that he's only a sales rep and not a mechanic or vehicle inspector. I was very upset at the fact they he or his sales supervisor Tony did not divulge this information to me. I further inspected the car and clearly there was a sticker of some collision center near TAmpa Bay where the car was repaired by them, it was on the driver door jamb of where the VIN and tire pressure measurements can be found. These sales reps and supervisors are nothing but shameless, money hungry individuals who prey on individuals buying cars from them! They not only cover up used damaged cars, but outright lie to you in your face. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BE AWARE! They couldn't even save fave when confronted. I then demanded them to reimburse me for the rental vehicle and the gas used to travel to them. Horrible sales reps and bunch of liars!!!!! More
