Amazing customer service! Richard Cosme; the salesman that took care of us went above and beyond for us! Me and my husband went in looking to upgrade from our Toyota Corolla to something bigger. We didn' that took care of us went above and beyond for us! Me and my husband went in looking to upgrade from our Toyota Corolla to something bigger. We didn't have anything specific in mind. We just wanted something bigger and newer since our family grew. But our only strict request was to stay in our budget. Richard showed us several potential options in their inventory, worked hours getting us estimates on every car we liked. He presented different options, the pros and cons of buying a new or used car and the benefits of leasing without pressuring us. At one point I told my husband "I am hungry" Richard went and bought us some food!!! And refused to get refunded. I was amazed with his dedication and quality of work. We ended up getting a Toyota Highlander with the monthly payments that we wanted from the beginning. I will recommend his service to everyone looking to buy a car. More
