So this makes the 4 attempt to put up my honest review. So how they aren’t going thru and when I get google. Toyota of Tampa Bay is selling Cars like Hotcakes! I mean every few hours 5 star review. I say shenanigans and fake news UPDATE: 10/27/23 thanks COVID! So according to the dealership that's who I have to thank for my car buying experience today mind you I have been coming here since 2008, So, thanks to COVID that I came in for a used Lexus 2016 for what they had posted on their website at $25k and some change. Also I had came with an approved loan from my bank. So this should be a smooth car buying experience? WRONG WRONG WRONG! Also, I was advised to increase my insurance deductible to 2500 to lower my premium monthly cost so that I can afford a higher car payment. Now if you think that’s a good option let me sell you a beach house in Idaho. I won't say any names to protect the innocent, as well as the guilty, but suffice it to say they wanted money down, Restructured my loan, extended the loan, pull my credit and if that wasn't enough change the monthly payment at the very end, when you're ready to sign all the paperwork. So if you want to to pay $36,540 for a used 2016 that KBB has valued at $30k then I feel it's my civic duty and my moral obligation to tell you that that's a terrible deal Don't do it. I feel that what was done to me was a complete waste of my time. It was unethical, because they had me shake on it and think I was getting the Toyota care package with the 1st deal. Toyota of Tampa Bay you hope that TOYOTA The manufacturer doesn't read reviews on google or ask me for a survey because you've lost a loyal customer that you had since 2008 so yeah Thanks COVID...… More
