I made an appointment for 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon to have an oil change and other routine maintenance done to my vehicle. After pulling into the bay, I was immediately greeted not by a member of the ser have an oil change and other routine maintenance done to my vehicle. After pulling into the bay, I was immediately greeted not by a member of the service team, but by an individual from the used car department trying to convince me that I needed to trade in my car for a new one. After the third time of telling him I wasn't interested, he finally left me alone. During my exchange with the sales guy, someone who actually was from the service department came over to take a video of the exterior of my vehicle and put a number on top. He then left without saying anything. After about 5 minutes of wondering if he was coming back, I walked over to the desk where several employees were to ask if I was supposed to be doing anything. I was told no, and that someone would be over to help me soon. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, my service tech finally came over to take my information down. I was given a wait estimate of around 90 minutes, which I anticipated given it was a Saturday afternoon. I started making my way to the lounge area to wait and upon entering the main lobby was again greeted by someone from the dealership who I had zero interest in talking to, but he decided I needed to be engaged in a lengthy conversation at one point during which he decided it would be appropriate to complain to me about the lack of nudity in the tv show he was watching. I finally made it to an empty chair and began reading my book while waiting. Some time after my service tech found me to go over the recommendations from the dealership another gentleman approached me by asking my name and what type of vehilce I drove. Silly me for thinking he was sent by my technician to tell me my car was ready. No, instead it was yet ANOTHER SALES GUY from the used car department trying to convince me that I needed to trade in my vehicle. I don't know if they have a quota they need to meet, a contest going on, or are that hungy for commission, but good grief I have never been more annoyed while waiting for an oil change. Not to mention my 90 minute wait estimate was actually over 3 hours. The only redeeming part of my time there was my service tech. Chris was great and I enjoyed working with him. He was friendly, easy to talk to, didn't try to pressure me into anything and tried to help me find coupons/discounts to offset my cost. More
Nothing special. I was sold a used vehicle, unforuntently had some damage that was unseen until after the purchase. Mathew Nolan and his team were great, he had open communications with me and was always available for help. Could not have asked for anything more from them. Now Justin, the individual who sold me the car, nice guy overall. Now once I purchased car, 0 lines of communications. I have asked multiple times to see if he could follow up with the finance department to see where they were at for purchasing my traded in vehicle. I have been hit with multiple notices to pay for my previous cars note. But no reply from the person who sold me the car. Also told that when I purchased the car it would be ready, detailed and leveled up on all liquids. Well, let me tell you, the car did not have any windshield wiper fluid and the rims, blatantly you could tell someone only cleaned the break dust where they were able to see and not all the way around the tire rim. Overall, I would not recommend coming here unless you're going to get your car worked at through the collision repair center through Matthew Nolan, who in my experience there had the best customer service. More
