I came to, Toyota of Tampa bay on, 11/16. I'd gone to several Dealerships and I was thoroughly disgusted with their sales tactics. Nick Volpe of Toyota of Tampa bay greeted me at the entrance. Mr Volpe, listened intently as I described my annoyances with previous Salesmen sales tactics. Mr Volpe, was courteous, professional, friendly, however, listed of all he listened to what I wanted, he didn't waste my time nor his trying to persuade me otherwise. Mr Volpe and I went all over the pre owned lot, skin through computer inventory, test drove, until I was happy with my selection. This was indeed a pleasant experience. Thanks again More
