Determined!!!!!! This was the best car buying experience I have had. I know I was a very demanding and at times a very difficult customer. I wanted a Blue 4Runner. They called all over the state to find the one I wanted. When they could not secure the transfer of that vehicle they began the search again. Nick worked tirelessly until late in the evening to secure the vehicle I truly wanted. He even came in on his day off to pick up the vehicle and close the deal with me. We will be sure to work with Nick again in the future!!! More

Prior to the purchase, I contacted the dealership via internet. Nicholas responded right away. Over a week we had back and forth conversation on two possible cars. We agreed on purchase prices of both vehicles including my trade in. Nicholas worked hard to come to an agreement on the price. I live 180 miles away from the dealership. At that point, I have not test driven neither cars. Two days ago, I went to the dealership. Nicholas arranged long test drives on both vehicles. He was patient during the process. That took some time. One I chose my vehicles all the other paperwork were done in less than 45 minutes. I found all the managers and staff are courteous and professional.
