As a successful business owner & a female, Luis was respectful, honest, a great listener, quick & transparent. No games. Period. Luis is an extremely hard worker who goes about his business in a humble way. I’ve been in sales all of my life and have owned several businesses so I am not an easy sale. I contacted Luis via text and 3 hours later, I had a quick expedited sale. I knew what I wanted and tried to buy local but got the normal car dealer runaround. Great and easy car buying experience Saw the car model I wanted online and it was listed as a new arrival so didn't even have picture yet. I left work to go look and test drive it in pers Saw the car model I wanted online and it was listed as a new arrival so didn't even have picture yet. I left work to go look and test drive it in person. I didn't see it on the lot at first, however I then bumped into Nelson when he pulled up on one of the golf carts as no one else had come out of the building or when I went in the used lot building to greet me. He was very pleasant and welcoming. Although he did doubt they had the vehicle and was surprised when we did find it. To his defense the vehicle hadn't even made it all the way through detailing to be ready for sale. However, he checked with the service guys and it was all ready to go except for the detailing, so we took it for a spin and then went right into the sales office to purchase the car. Negotiations were fair and I felt like I paid a great value for the car. I told him the price I wanted and if they could make it work then I was set as there were two other models at other dealerships for cheaper, (albeit a year older) however I had to drive an hour or more to get to those. Could not have asked for an easier car buying experience. Also as anyone knows that once you do settle on a price the financing takes for ever! Nelson was great with conversation and made the time pass by. Would definitely recommend him to help you find your next car! When it came time to review my financing options and packages Ricardo made everything work for me. I needed to keep my payment in the 300 range and we were able to keep it there. All around easy and simple and I got a great car for a value that I wanted. More
