Good buying experience I enjoyed working with my salesperson, Merek Nowak. He was very personable, explained the features and details on the Toyota Rav4 well and after the I enjoyed working with my salesperson, Merek Nowak. He was very personable, explained the features and details on the Toyota Rav4 well and after the sale was complete, he took time to set up and show me how to use the different functions and features on the car before leaving the dealership. When completing the sale with finance, when I did not choose the options being sold by the finance person, he became rude and did not even thank me for the sale at the close of the transaction. More

Horrible rainy day with a beautiful Camry My experience at Toyota is something I won’t forget , as it was my first time ever buying a car . I had 2 separate visits at this dealership with the My experience at Toyota is something I won’t forget , as it was my first time ever buying a car . I had 2 separate visits at this dealership with the first not being as pleasant as I expected. Upon arrival I was greeted by a woman who past me on to a gentleman by the name of Charlie . Right off the bat Charlie seemed very polite , and Genuine But that opinion changed VERY quickly. It seemed as if he just wanted to get me into any car just so he could make his commission.. some of the cars he showed me weren’t even in the price range , model or make that I had asked for . Fair enough I spotted the car that fitted what I was looking for all on my own . I could go on but that’s not what this review is about .. Long story short I applied for the car and unfortunately was declined .. I had left the dealership and just a few hours went by when Luis one of the salesman gave me a call back and urged me to return to Toyota to see if there was any other financial solution we could come to an agreement with so that I may leave with the vehicle I originally wanted . From there on the service I received from Luis was by far the best I have ever seen ( judging from past experiences that my mom went thru at other dealerships. He made sure I left with the car I wanted at a rate that I could afford. He made what little money I had and made my dream a reality. From beginning to the end he made me feel like family and seemed liked he cared .. at any moment did I feel like he was just trying to make a sale . I am more than grateful for Luis’s service from here on out if I ever need or know of someone wanting to purchase a car Luis is my guy to go to ! I love my 2014 Toyota Camry More
