The deal I agreed to and signed at the dealership was changed 3 weeks after notifying me they found an error after the fact on their part and the pric The deal I agreed to and signed at the dealership was changed 3 weeks after notifying me they found an error after the fact on their part and the price increased and my payment increased $100 per month. When a company makes an error of this nature after the deal is done, ethical businesses would eat it, not unilaterally change the deal as if it was a typo. They did not have petty cash or anyone to sign for tow of my trade in so I was asked to pay and they would reimburse me. It took 5 weeks and multiple calls and emails from me to get it done. Even after the Accounts Payable manager said he would overnight (to me means next day) it took 5 more days because it was not sent overnight but regular delivery after a holiday weekend. The Sales Representative and Service team appear to be the only ones at this dealership that knows how to do business.. To me it is very clear that their Management Does Not Give a xxxx about their clients. Only making their numbers and making empty promises and commitments! More
