New Car Purchase I had an appointment with Alan Brodsky. I had told him prior to our meet what I might be interested in. By the time I had arrived I'd changed my mind a little. Alan worked with me to find a vehicle of my choice, color and with the amenities I was looking for. He did not to upsell me into a higher priced or bigger car. Alan was personable, pleasant and professional, making the experience enjoyable. He went over financing options as I had a pre approved loan from my credit union. When I decided to go with Toyota Financing he introduced my to Henson Montas. Henson was easy to work with and just as professional as Alan. Once my transaction was underway, Alan took care of switching my car insurance to the new car. Once I had the keys he walked my through all the new gadgets I had just purchased. He set up my phone and even programmed in the radio stations listed on my trade in. All in all it was a great buying experience. More
