A New Family!! I went into Toyota of Tampa Bay simply because they had a Toyota Tacoma I was interested in, But the service I received once I was there was above an I went into Toyota of Tampa Bay simply because they had a Toyota Tacoma I was interested in, But the service I received once I was there was above and beyond. Myself and my girlfriend were immediately greeted by Tom W. right when we parked. He was very polite and was not aggressive at all. I told him what I was interested in looking at and he welcomed me into his office and went to find the Truck. Tom did an amazing job of showing us the truck and even educating myself and my girlfriend on some of the features neither of us had any idea about. He was very transparent and there was not back and forth liked the truck and we got straight to business. Tom explained the perks of purchasing a vehicle from Toyota of Tampa Bay and he made me and my girlfriend feel very welcomed (This was her first car buying experience). Tom found out that I, like him am a Veteran and he thanked me for my Service which was greatly appreciated. Tom then introduced me to Sammy who would be handling the financing portion of the sale. Sammy did and excellent job as well. He explained everything and plainly as possible and answered any and all questions we had. He told us what to expect so there wouldn't be any misunderstanding. Sammy also thanked me for my service once he found out i was a veteran and once again it was very much appreciated. I let Sammy know that I did not have best credit but that i had a co-signer and he assured me that he would do everything he could to make sure I could leave with that Tacoma. You know what, I DID!!!
