Johnny De Micco is one great sales person, 5 stars all the way around. I was looking to help my sister buy a car. I told Johnny I had a fixed amount my sister could spend since she was retired. Johnny was very knowledgeable, polite an took allot of time with me. For 2 days we talked on the phone back and forth. Then they sold the car my sister wanted. Johnny said he had another just like it, different color and a little lower price. He would do the same deal we were discussing.I even got a call from Tim Willingham the dealership manager and how they wanted to make something work for us. Well we went over and that is when the fun really started. We met Tim and Johnny and both were very personable, not pushy at all. Johnny took a great deal of time with us, answering all of our questions and assuring us of everything in the deal.When it was all said and done, my sister actually paid a little less than she wanted which allowed her to get the extended 7 year warranty. Again another pleasant surprise. If you want a TRUE 5 star sales person and a 5 star no hassle, fun few hours buying a car, Toyota of Tampa Bay is the place to go....... Would buy another car there again today if I need one. More

poor service resolution Collision dept just ripped off customers. They do not care about customers, or warranty, they just care about monies. Customer care is not in their vocabulary....they don't do a good painting job, and they do not back it up........Collision dept need to be reviewed closer.....bad influence for Toyota....I being toyota fun for 40 yrs.....today my bad experience with above dept changed my mind.... Rob bent-over-backwards for me and did everything to assure that I had the deal I wanted and left satisfied. If a problem arose or a concern was brought up, he went above and beyond to facilitate and manage the deal to address the issue and assure that I felt satisfied. The service department was backed up with other vehicles and it would have taken a bit of time to get some outside detailing done, so he picked up a spray bottle and did it for me himself! I felt very attended to and would recommend working with this dealership and salesperson again in the future if I'm considering trading-in for an upgrade or need to purchase another vehicle. More
