Went in for a recall that you sent me, sent to the waiting area while you were supposedly checking on the recall & parts needed. In fact you didn’t have the parts, they were back ordered. Instead you told me I needed $1500 worth of work and you would contact me when the parts came in. WASTE OF MY TIME!!! Still haven’t called me with parts but don’t bother. I called another dealer, they got the parts in 2 days and completed the work in an hour or so. NEVER WILL I EVER DARKEN YOUR DOOR AGAIN. You could give me a new truck and I’d tell you where to stick it. I have no idea who in service i dealt with so I picked the 1st name on the list. You figure it out. More

Taylor listened carefully & explained everything very well. Told me the process for checking my problem--ignition not turning off. Careful process showed no problem existing. I like the specials for maintenance on my vehicle. The people that greet me are always nice when I wait for an advisor. This last time I had a 5:00 appt and asked for just the oil change.
