Made an appointment for 745am arrived at 730 for an oil change and tire rotation, Jeff the service advisor was great but wait time left much to be desired, Jeff was extremely apologetic but again a 2 1/2 h change and tire rotation, Jeff the service advisor was great but wait time left much to be desired, Jeff was extremely apologetic but again a 2 1/2 hour wait for routine maintenance was less than desirable. Overall a great experience from Jeff B he was extremely professional, and a great asset to this organization More
