Andrea Thomas had absolutely no concerns about my predicament. I was towed in with a tire blow out. Four hours later I was still there while he put a new Tyron did a 14 point inspection that I did no predicament. I was towed in with a tire blow out. All I wanted was my tire fixed so I can get on my way four hours later. I’m still sitting there. He waited so long. I had the tire warranty and by the time that they got to the tire, the company wasn’t open anymore. Hence, I had to pay for the tire myself and fill out all kinds of papers to get my reimbursement which he told me he would send in and he never did. I will never visit this dealership again. I tried calling him on multiple occasions, and he would never answer the phone More

My advisor took from 9am -3:20 pm to just switch a tire and I was told to hold on because he was with a client while my vehicle was still in his possession!
