I got my car from Jon Petros, he was very polite and had a positive attitude and what i liked about him was he was not like all the other sales guys who upsells you stuff. I had my 2015 Tacoma serviced for an oil change and tire rotation last week and waited at the dealership. After completion of the service, I was informed that I needed to bring the truck back in for a frame rotation last week and waited at the dealership. After completion of the service, I was informed that I needed to bring the truck back in for a frame treatment recall. Lorraine Baker called me at home to set up the time and date which had tight time frames, and she set me up with a loaner since the vehicle needed to stay there overnight. When I got there Monday morning, got through the paperwork and turned out that I had an expired insurance card making it an issue to get the loaner and get home. Lorraine jumped right in for me to straighten out the situation by calling and working with Amica to get the updated insurance card emailed to her, printed out, copy put in my truck and I was then on my way. The mechanics worked on my vehicle all day Monday and they called to give me a status and I also gave consent for some other service work to be done which was needed and timely. They had the truck ready by around 9am Tuesday, way before the promised time and I was able to return the loaner, pick up my Tacoma and home by 11am. I couldn't have been more pleased! thank you Lorraine, Phil and the mechanics who worked their butts off to give me this kind of service!! Cheers to you. More
