Our sales experience was great, our sales rep, Mark Stevens, was thorough, transparent and friendly. It did not feel like a high pressure sales experience, which we appreciated. We would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. We had a bit of a snafu when we picked up the vehicle and discovered some minor damage caused by the detailing process. The repair had to be taken care of at the dealership, which took longer than expected, which was frustrating. However, Mark stepped up as our point person, and we are grateful for that. He was communicative throughout the repairs ordeal. We hope that our service experience in the future was as seamless as our buying process. More
