This dealership is more than accommodating and spent so much time with us explaining the features and difference between the different Camry's. They worked with us to get the price of the lease to be exactly the amount we wanted it to be, and were not at all pushy. They explained all the details in a very understanding way. When we picked up the car, they spent much time going over the different features that the car had. Excellent experience We bought our first Toyota here 8 years ago and was always pleased with my service experience. Last year we bought a Used Volvo at the dealer in Meriden. After 9 months we had an issue and the service experience was very disappointing. I immediately looked at the used inventory at WOW- Toyota found the used Highlander picked up our Volvo and drive right to WOW Toyota our salesman Jay M was enthusiastic and well versed on the vehicle. We ended up purchasing the vehicle and love the fact that we get free oil changes and batteries for life! The finance manager was great and we purchased the extended warranty thrilled it was offered on a used vehicle an a very reasonable price. Toyota of Wallingford has a customer for life! More
