I never felt any pressure or had to be on guard like you do at some dealerships. I wanted the car so I put down a deposit. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned and I had to pull out of the deal. I went down to the dealership to tell Isaac personally and he was very professional about it. No pressure to change my mind and very understanding about the situation. He had the finance people process my refund which I received a couple of days later. I highly recommend you ask for Isaac if you go to Toyota of Wallingford looking for a car. More
