"Responsible Toyota dealer"

I switched from A1Toyota to Wallingford Toyota due to unacceptable behavior and long wait times. Wallingford Toyota people were more friendly and understanding. One thing that Wallingford Toyota needs to improve is the wait time. In today’s fast pace environment you need to get things done efficiently. I will try again and see how it works out next time.

"Excellent Customer Service"

Genna, who was sat at the first desk, greeted me with a big smile, and was extremely accommodating. I did not have an appointment but she was able to fit my car in for a service and did this without any hesitation. In fact I commend the whole service department for being both helpful and pleasant.

"Speed of service"

No sooner did I check in, than a young man took my keys to get my truck to work on. The work was done in 25 minutes, faster than I was able to read my newspaper. The gal at the desk, Genna, could not have been more accommodating. I was very impressed with the quick and enjoyable service.
