I visited this dealer to test drive a car, put a deposit on one. I changed my mind on 5-2-13 it is now 5-13-13 and no returned of deposit. Sales staff was not very well informed on new cars and Sales staff was not very well informed on new cars and options. I specifically asked if I needed electric brakes on my new Tundra for a trailer and Sales staff was not very well informed on new cars and options. I specifically asked if I needed electric brakes on my new Tundra for a trailer and was told "No, you're all set". I had to spend $200 out of pocket to add these at a trailer depot store. I was told "No problem getting any color combination you want". This did not happen although I was satisfied with what was received. I was told I needed a new registration at extra cost. That was not true and I am still awaiting a check for the amount overpaid. I wanted a less expensive trailer mirror option but was told it would cost more. Two different times I tried to call the dealership and was mis-directed one time and (accidently) hung up on another time. I was turned off when told that the salesman's wages would be based on my review. I also thought the value on my trade could have been better (they offered $1000 less than Kelley Blue Book). I am happy with the quality and look of the new Tundra. I am also looking forward to lifetime free oil and battery changes. The service waiting area looks inviting and comfortable. More
