This was the best experience my husband and I have had buying a car. We have three children 5 and under and both work so time is limited. My questions were answered quickly regarding the specifications of the car via email and time was not wasted. I have had bad experiences where I have asked dealers in the past for their best price I have either not received the best price or it was a bait and switch tactic to get us in the door. Since much information is available online it is easy to determine a fair price. When other dealers wasted my time I walked out the door feeling frustrated along with not trusting that sales person and/ or manager. This was not the case at Wallingford. The Customer Service and Sales teams were fair, honest and efficient. I appreciate that they show respect towards their customers and in turn respect is given back and a sale too. I also appreciated that we were able to get the car in one of our top two choices of exterior paint color. Options were what we wanted as well. We appreciate it that Toyota of Wallingford participated in the Cash for Clunkers program too. I am sure it was extra work on their side, but made the experience even better for us. We are very happy with the entire experience and have all ready recommended that our friends try Toyota of Wallingford. We loved working with Mike and appreciate his honesty and advice. He also recommended the all weather mats. The mats by the way are all ready worth it after only two weeks. Honestly, I everyone that helped us at the dealership was professional and friendly from the person who assistants, salesman, sales manager and finance person. Thank you for the first positive car buying experience in my life. We will be buying our future cars at Toyota of Wallingford!!! More

My wait was well worth my beautiful new 2009 Rav4.I'm now presently looking forward to buying another Toyota, this one for my son who is doing his college internship towards his masters degree.I only hope and pray this new Rav4 becomes a part of my family for years to come and my allegiance to Toyota Corp. will become represented by the vehicles sitting in my driveway all with the Toyota label. I had a 97 Toyota Camry with 180,000 still running well and wanted to replace it with a newer version. Now that meant we just had to go to a new car dealer and have that uncertain experience. And what a pleasant experience it was. It was really great NOT having a "High-Pressure" sales pitch. Our experience there was really about what WE wanted and what WE needed. The person that made that happen was our sales representative David Jones. He was really great to work with and made the process smooth and easy. David was willing to give us the time we needed and the answers we asked for in a clean, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. With the CFC deal we knew there was going to be a delay in delivery, while waiting for government red-tape. In situations where I have to wait, communication is very important to me. David was absolutely superb at communicating with me on several occasions with updates as to when to expect our car. As a Sales/Customer service professional of over 20 years myself, this was impressive. The car was delivered at our convenience, which kept them there well past closing. We are grateful for their efforts to be so accommodating to us. I am sure you will experience the same at Toyota of Wallingford if shopping for a new or used car. And be sure to ask for David Jones. I worked with Eric Levine on purchasing a new 2010 Toyota Prius, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is. His breadth of knowledge about Toyota vehicles is vast, and he helped me navigate through the "Cash for Clunkers" process, answering all my questions honestly and thoroughly. He spent as much time with me as I needed and was never pushy or overbearing the way employees at other car dealerships have been with me in the past. Mr. Levine wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions and guided me through the process of purchasing my first new car. As well, the facilities at Toyota and Scion of Wallingford, from the showroom to the service center to the restrooms, were immaculate. Mr. Levine gave me an informative tour and introduced me to Steve Zion, the president. Mr. Zion took the time to talk to me about my experience at his dealership and asked me if all my needs were met. I could tell that he truly appreciates his customers and wants them to leave completely satisfied.
