Shylock at Toyota of Wallingford was a terrific help to me, very knowledgeable and efficient, which I appreciated. I have tremendous anxiety and calling people I don't know, about things I am not educated on makes my anxiety even worse. I spoke to Shylock at Toyota of Wallingford and she was incredibly helpful. She know, about things I am not educated on makes my anxiety even worse. I spoke to Shylock at Toyota of Wallingford and she was incredibly helpful. She made what normally would have been excruciating for me, very enjoyable. My questions were answered thoroughly and I didn't feel anxious asking further questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through what I needed to do. Needless to say, I will be asking for Shylock should I have any further questions or concerns. More

I stopped to schedule my 5000 mile tire rotation. When I asked how long the service would take she said the appointment could be 45” or 2 hours depending on how many customers were ahead of me. That’s ridiculous, what’s the point of appointments? One year later and the service dept is still in a empty hanger and customers must use porta potty. I scheduled my tire rotation in Middletown.
