I went to Toyota of Watertown for a new RAV4 as one of my current leases was expiring. I went to this dealership specifically as I have used them for service on multiple vehicles and found them exceptionally current leases was expiring. Their quality of work is excellent and the Service Manager, Mike Mason, is always available to discuss options and work to be performed in detail. I did lots of research and knew the exact vehicle and deal I wanted. I entered the showroom and was greeted with respect. I immediately felt like a valued customer and was asked what I was interested in. I explained exactly what I wanted. The salesman, Alex Kazan, asked me a few questions. He then excused himself and returned with Randy Sassone, Sales Manager, who also treated me in a courteous, respectful manner. He asked me a few questions, mostly regarding the expiration of my current lease and when I would want delivery. After this was discussed, Alex asked me if they agreed to the deal I wanted, should we start the paperwork. I said yes! I finished the paperwork with Mikail Moiseyev, the Finance Manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all financial aspects of the lease in a manner which I could easily understand. Basically, I chose this dealership for my new car due to the way I am treated by the service department. They are the ones you have an ongoing relationship with. However, the experience I had with the sales department was just as professional. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen without the typical back and forth condescending bargaining I've experienced at other dealerships. These people legitimately wanted my business and have integrity. More

I took my car to Toyota of Watertown after disappointment with another dealership. I could not be more pleased! My 7-1/2 year old Sienna was appropriately serviced with no hard sell for extras. We have purchased all of our four Prius's at Toyota of Watertown and had an overall excellent experience. Our many years of experience with other domestic car dealerships was disappointing and at times terrible. This dealership has been a breath of fresh air from the start and does things right. On the very few occasions when the problem didn't get resolved on first visit, they did the right thing and got it taken care of, took responsibility for the fix, made sure it was right. We look forward to doing business with them and have confidence in Toyota's commitment to quality and attention to detail and to ongoing customer surveys and interaction. The quality is great and the price is fair for the great value we get. I'm not a car expert, but have a good mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, and a science background and know value when I see it. More

In fairness, I tested the waters mostly via the internet - then narrowed the search to finalize inventory and pricing. James Hawkins was a good advovate to listen and help close the deal. Service is very key and my decision was also based on a dealership, while large enough, still resembling a neighbor feel with many repeat customers. I believe I have found that in Watertown and highly recomend them (including the van driver). I have spoken directly with Mike Mason,the service manager and emailed him. Most recently I returned for my "recall" visit and they could not have been more helpful. Jeff greeted me at 6:55 a.m. and was still smiling at 6:55 p.m. when I returned from work. Alex and Randy were amazingly helpful when I was looking for a new Toyota. They went out of their way to make sure I'd be comfortable in the car (I have a bad back) by letting me take it for an extended tes for a new Toyota.
