I had the most terrible experience with this dealership. I had my Sienna repaired at their body shop. After a parts list was generated by the insurance adjuster and a list of parts to replace was document I had my Sienna repaired at their body shop. After a parts list was generated by the insurance adjuster and a list of parts to replace was documented and priced, body shop did not replace parts that they thought I will not be able to see. Other parts were replaced with aftermarket parts even though the paperwork shows genuine Toyota parts (with the higher price). I have reported this insurance fraud to the insurance company and am waiting for an official investigation. More
