Service review We were having a battery/electrical issue with our Prius, so decided to take it here for an oil change and a battery check. Tim Tremonte worked with the technicians to diagnose our issue very quickly (brought car in at 10a, was ready, with oil change & tire rotation, by 1p). I asked Tim to email a quote to me and my husband, which he did immediately and in great detail, and which helped put us at ease with our service and pricing. Tim also arranged for me to get shuttle service to pick up my daughter at preschool, and even returned our car to us so that I didn't have to figure out how to get my 4 year old back to the service center without a car seat. We were more than happy with our experience. More
