We went to Toyota of Watertown, when we looked around for the Camry model, we met Edwin Urena, a sales consultant, he shown us the car we are looking for. He is very friendly, cheerful, professional. He made a very reasonable offer that we could not deny. Normally, we used to shop around for 2 or 3 dealers, but this time we decided not to waste our time to shop around to different Toyota dealers. We bought the car right on the next day. Whatever we requested, if he can do it, he do right away. We could not believe we could buy a new car so soon. I VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO SEE EDWIN URENA if you are looking for a car, you will not be disappointed. I found the exact car I was looking My experience with Toyota of Watertown was fantastic from our first call there to the day I picked up my new car. I found the exact car I was looking for, a Prius Plug-In certified Toyota after much searching at many different dealerships. I called and told them my husband was going to stop by that afternoon and see the car as I was scheduled to go to work. My husband stopped in and was greeted by Elkin Pereanez, the salesman we worked with. He showed my husband the car and said I would call him to schedule a time to see it. I made an appointment the next day with Elkin to see the car. We went for a test drive and the rest is history as they say!! I picked up my car the following Tuesday which was days before I thought it was going to be ready!! Elkin was friendly, professional, efficient, honest, and a pleasure to do business with!! His response to our questions and needs was quick and efficient. We had an issue with one of the tires on the car....so after speaking with Elkin....we came back to the dealership and they replaced the tire which was so great!! He made sure we were taken care of fast and efficiently!! Only a 1/2 hr. wait...and my car was fixed and ready to go!!! I will definitely recommend Toyota of Watertown.
