We worked with Elkin in the sales room and Brian for the paperwork and warranty. Both were respectful and professional and nice. We felt no pressure or manipulation at any point in the process and actuall paperwork and warranty. Both were respectful and professional and nice. We felt no pressure or manipulation at any point in the process and actually left to look at other cars at other dealership at one point with Elkin's full understanding that we needed to shop around. We quickly went back and came to a deal. After the papers were signed, both Brian and Elkin followed up with us several times because our registration was a little more complicated than the usual. They were on top of it. Overall great experience and we love our car. More

We usually shy away from using dealerships for services but when we got into an accident and found that our insurance went through Watertown Toyota we went with them. Since then we have gone there for our oil changes as well and have been very pleased with everything. More

He took the time to identify the exact problem, showed me himself where the problem was and then even offered up a loaner car when I was afraid I would be late to pick up my kids. I wanted to buy a used 2011 Toyota Highlander Hybrid car. Initially we visited the dealership on Dec 26th 2013 afternoon along with my cousin. Steve, a sales person helped us to look at the car. He explained all the details of the car and we liked the car. We did not test drive the car that day as it was snowing heavily. Before we left the dealership, we tried to run the ballpark numbers with the Steve. Jon Warren is the sales manager who Steve discussed the numbers with. Jon gave a final number of $33,500/- and also suggested that he will try to fix the car seat scratches. I went back to the dealership the following Saturday with my wife and children. Sales person Don, who was very friendly, helped my wife and me to test drive the car. I wanted to make sure that my wife is comfortable driving the car. She liked the car and we were ready to close the deal. We tried to negotiate the price of the car. Don was talking to Jon Warren to work the deal. After some time Jon Warren walked to the desk where my wife and I were sitting. He did not even sit, instead he stood with a stern face and told us rudely some thing similar to "$33,500/- is my final price. You can leave if you don't want to pay. I have three more customers lined up tomorrow." His rude attitude made my family very uncomfortable. We could not tolerate such a rude behavior. I had to leave the dealership. Next day, up on suggestion of my cousins to make a final attempt to buy the car, I went along with them to the dealership to buy the vehicle. Don was there again, who was very nice and patient. We were negotiating with him the price and asking to fix a very minor scratch on the passenger side mirror and some scratches on the car seats. I also started to fill the paper work. Jon Warren, again walks to the desk where we were all sitting. He was standing there shaking and fuming with anger. Very rudely he says that he is not going to fix anything and he is going to sell the car as is. He has three more customers lined up for the car and so he is not going to fix anything. I could not tolerate the rudeness of Jon Warren and walked out. I never met a sales manager who is so rude in his behavior with customer and customers family. More

Given that buying a car is a huge investment and something to be proud of, when he reiterated several times, "you're the customer", it made me feel like he was looking out for my interests. Additionally, the transition of trading in my old car and buying the new one was seamless. I'd definitely refer Elkin and Toyota of Watertown to people I know. More

Not only was my visit at Toyota wonderful, but Elkin even called me a day after I got my brand new car to make sure that I was satisfied, which of course I was:) My brand new toyota corolla is beautiful and such a pleasure to drive! Elkin, Rick and the rest of the Toyota watertown team are the best out there!
