Steve was an excellent sales person. He was kind and courteous and did not pressure me into buying a Prius C. He answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. I recently got into a car accident and needed a new car as mine was totaled in the incident. I am a previous owner of a '98 Camry (the one that was totaled) and wanted a newer Camry because I absolutely lo as mine was totaled in the incident. Watertown Toyota was my first stop and was suggested to me by my best friend who had just bought her 07 Camry there. She said she had a great experience, they weren't pushy and everyone was very helpful. I looked at three cars while I was there with the help of Fernando Rodriguez. He was fantastic, was not a pushy salesman and was very honest about the cars I was looking at. He gave his opinion, sat with me and my two friends to weigh the pros and cons of each car and walked me through the Carfax for each of them. He also educated me on the process of buying a car (since this was my first dealership experience) and was very helpful in every way but especially with the paperwork and making the whole process as easy as possible. I ended up purchasing an 09 Camry that day and didn't need to go anywhere else because the price was fantastic (I had done some online research before going to the dealership) and the monthly payments were more than manageable. I would 100% suggest this dealership and especially Fernando for anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota/Scion. I have had my 09 Camry for a few days now and am extremely happy with it. After a nice greeting, Elkin professionally asked us what we were looking for, and after a 5-minute discussion, took us to see 4 Toyota Prius's, all within our price range. No hard sell. As a matter of fact, Elkin pointed us to the car that he felt would be the best deal, and we were impressed with his recommendation and eventual price. I was also very happy that Elkin and Toyota management were willing to negotiate the trade-in value for my used car. No hard line here at all.
