I recently purchased a 2011 CPO Toyota Corolla LE from Toyota of Watertown. This was a great experience from start to finish and that's why I have given this dealership a great rating. My wife and I arrived early in the morning and weren’t really sure what to expect, since this was our first time shopping for a car. We were greeted by a friendly sales consultant named Elkin Pereanez, who helped us throughout the entire sales process. Elkin introduced us to general manager, Todd Wright, who was also involved through the whole process. My first impression was that this was a well-run dealership with a great inventory and awesome staff. I test drove the Corolla I ended up purchasing and a Honda fit which I decided pretty quickly wasn’t for me. Elkin did a great demo of both cars and he didn’t push me in either direction. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of my questions. When it came time to negotiate the price of the car, Elkin was easy to work with. We went back and forth until we reached an agreeable purchase price. At no point did I feel stressed—the entire exchange was friendly and everyone was happy with the result. After we settled on a price, we had to wait for about 40 minutes to discuss financing. It was a comfortable wait though, and Todd checked in with us several times. Initially, we were not able to secure agreeable financing terms but Todd assured us that he would find a way to make the numbers work. Two days later, as promised, Todd called us back with great news—he got us approved at an awesome rate! The next morning I went to fill out the paper work. Since I had taken the morning off to complete the purchase, I was pressed for time. The whole process was done as quickly as possible, and soon enough Elkin saw me off in my new car. This is an awesome dealership! Highly recommended! More

DON'T GO TO TOYOTA OF WATERTOWN!!! I just spent hours negotiating with Fernando ( a great salesman) for 2 new vehicles. While I was left unattended I consistently heard the sales people talking wi hours negotiating with Fernando ( a great salesman) for 2 new vehicles. While I was left unattended I consistently heard the sales people talking with the sales manager - John, about how much the last customer's income was and how they did or did not receive financing. Once Fernando and I agreed on a purchase price and that we would be taking advantage of Toyota's 0% Financing, they had me fill out a credit application. This is when Fernando handed my Credit application to John. After John finished reviewing my job and income information on the application (but before he ran a credit check) he came back and told me he didn't realize I was planning on Financing and that he needed to charge me more money for the car. This is when I got angry and stated that this is a classic "bait and switch". I told him that that was the price Fernando and I agreed on and it is his obligation to honor it. He shrugged and said "it is, what it is". By now, I was surrounded at the front desk by about 7 employees. I demanded my Credit Application back and will never return to that place. More

I came to the dealership because I was having what I thought could be transmission issues. At first, the person who assisted me was hesitant to help me because he thought what I described sounded like u thought could be transmission issues. I spoke with his manager, Kamel who I had worked with in the past. He understood my issue and he took the time to really figure this out. Multiple service agents looked at the car to try to identify a problem. Nothing showed up. Kamel didn't charge me for the time because the problem was not fixed. He was so friendly and kind and honestly he is what brings me back to this dealership. More

Service was very efficient; and both were very easy to talk to. The two presented me with affordable and economical options to fit my tight budget as a graduate student. Jon McGaw in particular, called to check in almost everyday upon my purchase, and made sure I had the paperwork done for them to release my car at the soonest time possible. He has great marketing skills, which obviously worked, because he unapologetically let me buy in to the 2013 Toyota Corolla on a leasing contract, in just one sitting. As I dropped by Toyota of Watertown to only supposedly submit financial documents, little did I know that I would be getting my car on that very same day. I came unprepared for such a surprise. Edwin Urena made sure that I knew how to operate my car properly from the very first day I inquired. He taught me through a step-by-step procedure, how to personalize my car's features, i.e., connecting my iPhone to the car via BlueTooth, fixing the mirrors and headlights. He even assisted me on my test drive, which I believe also depicts utmost professionalism. Thanks a lot, Toyota of Watertown! More

Elkin never pressured me or tried to upsell me beyond what I could pay. He never made me feel bad for purchasing a lower-priced used car. They both worked hard to make sure that I could finance the car in terms that I could afford and my happiness with the purchase was their number one concern. I expect that my car will last me many years (it IS a Toyota after all!), but when it's time to upgrade, I will be back and plan to purchase from Elkin again. They handle everything and made this car buying experience low-stress and easy. There is no running to the DMV or my car insurance company, or getting it inspected, everything is handled right at the dealership, including getting a duplicate title for my trade in! Maybe shopping at a big dealership is a little more expensive, but I know that I got a great value. More

Everything was clearly stated and nothing was "hidden" when it came to signing papers. When I am to pick up my car, it was freshly detailed and looked amazing.
