I came in to trade my Toyota Rav 4 for the larger Toyota Highlander. Felix Rodriguez was so helpful and knew about all the accessories, and taught me how to use them. The very bad - When my 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid experienced water issues, I brought it to a Toyota dealership keeping my convenience in mind. Unfortunately, that dealership (in Braintree) failed me experienced water issues, I brought it to a Toyota dealership keeping my convenience in mind. Unfortunately, that dealership (in Braintree) failed me miserably. They diagnosed the issue without even properly evaluating my car - said it was a clogged AC drain. After I questioned the dealership about their diagnosis and disagreed, I was given substandard, horrible treatment. Apparently, requiring them to dry my carpets, so I could know that my issue was fully resolved was asking too much. To me, it seemed like the common sense thing to do. Literally, the dealership didn't even bother to mask their irritation and were barely civil. After they "fixed" the vehicle, I took it home that evening and the very next morning I found my front carpets were water logged again. Clearly, the issue was never resolved. The very good - At that point, I decided to go to Toyota of Watertown. Due to my poor experience in Braintree, I was expecting a difficult time, but was completely surprised by the high quality of customer service I received. In particular, Kamel exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy I have experienced at any dealership. He made sure the vehicle was thoroughly evaluated before providing a diagnosis (what a novel idea). As it turned out, the problem was with my windshield not with the AC drain. He ensured that my vehicle was taken care of properly and quickly. I will return to Toyota of Watertown for future service. A large part of that decision, is thanks to Kamel. He turned a stressful, ugly situation around and I couldn't be happier. Go there, see Kamel! More
Stephen was very professional and patient as we figured out which model was right for our family. He showed us a few model options and highlighted the features but allowed us to come to the decision oursel out which model was right for our family. The dealership has a children's toy room (and free cookies) which was a bonus. Adam, his son, is the general manager and was also wonderful. Adam gave us a TomTom as a gift when we decided not to upgrade to the navigation system. A thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend this dealership and salesmen. More

We struck up a deal over the phone, processed my deposit, and met within a few days to complete the transaction. We were transferred to Alex Hardy to complete the process. My mother was so pleased with the way Alex conducted himself that she felt compelled to give him a huge hug . Although I have personally purchased/leased many vehicles in my day I must say that Toyota of Watertown ranks number one with customer service. In fact, although I was currently on the fence about a vehicle acquisition, our treatment at this dealership persuaded me to lease a 2013 Avalon right on the spot. Keep up the good work! Joseph R. I came to bring in my vehicle for an inspection sticker during my lunch break, and I made it known that I was on my lunch break. Once I arrived immediately that took my car, serviced it, within 15 -20 minutes my car was ready with a new inspection sticker. I was in and out and back to work on time. He is personable, knowledgeable, informative and clearly tries to make his customers' car buying experience a good one. At no time did I feel pressured or hurried into buying any car. I also found the Toyota Certified Pre-owned program very helpful. My experience at Toyota of Watertown was very positive, largely because of Felix, and I am very happy with my new (2011) car.
