We always have had our car serviced when notified of a scheduled maintenance indicated on the car. Kamel Khnaizir cares about every car that he services and even more about his customers needs and concerns. Safety is so very important to him. We were here for our 95,760 mile scheduled maintenance on our '07 Camry and Kamel told us of a problem with the car and a part had to be replaced or we could not drive it home. Due to the age and mileage, we pondered with what to do. We went into the show room and looked at a new Camry which we were not planning to replace until the 2014 models were out. Your sales associate, Steven Skolnick approached us and noticed that we were in a quandary. He understood our dilemma and was so courteous, kind, helpful and walked us through many options and he felt that we would be much happier upgrading to the Avalon Hybrid. He had us drive it and explained all the new bells and whistles to us and we are to call or come back as many times as necessary for help. He has the patience of a "saint" as he was dealing with two folks who don't get new things that quickly. He is absolutely amazing and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car.
